What was it like before?
The owners of this apartment had a clear vision of their wishes: a design that incorporates natural materials, durable furniture and accessories suitable for rental properties, and a beach-themed aesthetic.
We took these wishes to heart and created an interior plan that would exceed their expectations.
The Process: Moodboard
The renovation process began with an initial consultation where we gathered the client’s needs and ideas.
Our team then created a mood board to present design concepts and discuss how to incorporate natural materials such as wood into the space.
The design needed to be durable and functional for renters, but also stylish and attractive to vacationers seeking a beach getaway.
The Concept: Renders
Using the mood board as inspiration, our team created a 3D plan and renders to showcase the design’s layout and flow. This helped the client visualize the final result and make any necessary changes before the renovation phase began.
As the work progressed, we provided the client with regular updates that showed the space’s new layout, furniture, and decor. This ensured that the client was involved in every step of the renovation process and was satisfied with the end result.
